Founded in 2003, Abysse Corp has become one of the main players in the European TCG, toys & games and manga, cinema, TV and comics markets.

Abysse Corp currently employs 45 employees and is based in Grand-Couronne, near the city of Rouen in Normandy. With a subsidiary in Madrid and an office in Milan, a strong presence in the Spanish and Italian market places is assured. In total, Abysse Corp distributes actively in more than 30 countries, through a network that numbers over 2,160 clients, which represents nearly 6,000 points of sale. From independent hobby shops to mass retailers (including both specialized and multi-product chains), Abysse Corp logistics department can handle a wide variety of delivery pre-requisites, each particular to these different distribution channels.

In constant progression since its founding, Abysse Corp generated a turnover of 17,5 million euros (of which 36% through exports) during the 2010-2011 financial year. This figure accounts for the sale of more than 4 million articles.

Abysse Corp today is specialized in 3 complementary markets: TCGs (Trading and Collectible Card Games), Toys and Games, collector's items and merchandise (gifts, textile, decorative objects & figurines).

Abysse Corp distributes the two largest and most successful TCGs on the market: "Yu-Gi-Oh!" from the Japanese company Konami and Magic: The Gathering from the Hasbro group. As a complementary service, Abysse Corp is experienced in developing and managing organized play programs and product launches through our on-site subsidiary, OPS (Organized Play Service).

Abysse Corp is the exclusive distributor for the brand "Together +" in France, Benelux and southern Europe. This partnership allows us to offer a large range of toys and games under renowned licenses such as Super Mario, Mario Kart Wii, Star Wars and Sponge Bob Square Pants. In addition, Abysse Corp distributes the range of Atomic Mix board games and works in partnership with such groups as Spin Master, Giocchi Preziosi and Bandai.

In order to complete its range, Abysse Corp created its own brand of games and toys in 2010, Abysmile. This brand has already produced games under such well-known licenses as Star Wars (20 classic games, Asteroid Escape), Mr. Men (Ma boîte à reactions [lit.: "My Reaction Box"]), Raving Rabbids, Dragon Ball, One Piece and les Maternelles [A high ratings, cultural program produced by the French national broadcaster that focuses on the pregnancy through junior school years of child development].

Leader on the European marketplace, Abysse Corp offers a complete and diverse catalogue of goodies and licensed merchandise taken from prestigious licenses from the world of manga, cinema, TV & comics.

Abysse Corp offers a large choice of gifts and figurines, ranging from small PVC to collectors resins, produced by renowned Japanese and American sculpting houses: Megahouse, Square-Enix, Great Eastern, Toynami, Goodsmile Company, Alter, Max Factory, Bandai, Funko, Diamond Select Toys, United Labels and more.

In 2007, Abysse Corp also created its very first brand, ABYstyle, with the aim of offering a wide range of licensed textile, decoration and accessories products. Today ABYstyle boasts more than 30 properties in their portfolio including market leaders such as Star Wars, One Piece, Raving Rabbids, The Simpsons, Dragon Ball, Saint Seiya (Knights of the Zodiac), Naruto, Death Note, Bleach, South Park and many more.

• A logistics platform of 6000 m² in the heart of the Rouen hinterland and less than 2 hours from Paris. Its proximity to both the major sea-port of Le Havre and the capital city makes our location an exceedingly strategic focal point, both in relation to imports and re-distribution of our products within France and across Europe.

In 2011, we expect to reach 21.000 deliveries, which breaks down into approx. 75.000 parcels and 2.600 pallets.
